End User Support Services provides a wide variety of technical support to students, faculty and staff to enhance learning through the use of technology.
Hours of Operation
ITS support is available Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding holidays)
Online Support Request
Visit helpdesk.com.edu to submit a problem ticket. This method is the best way to submit a ticket and will give the user the fastest response. You can access this website from any computer or cell phone that has an Internet connection.
Get Support via Email
You can email your helpdesk request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, email address (if different), phone number and a detailed description of the problem.
Help Desk Self-Service
You can login into our self-service portal using your network credentials to enter, review or cancel a help desk request.
If your email and Internet service is unavailable you can contact the IT help desk at 409-933-8302.
The Information Technology Services Help Desk is located in TVB Building Room 1509.
